Our current owners are excited that we will take the time to sit and talk with them answering any concerns they may have. They love they have our cell phone number and we answer the phone. We believe the cleaning should be the top of the line, so we hire only the best. We inspect on every departure and every arrival. There is no maintenance fees per year. We charge as we do services to your unit. Our in house charge is $45.00 per hour plus parts if we can handle it.
